Benefex’s mission is to create exceptional employee experiences for everyone, every day. We created a tone and voice document for use across all communications to accompany a new visual brand identity – to reflect Benefex’s innovative shift in their market and talk to their customers with empathy and certainty about the future of the HR department. We have practically used the tone and voice document to craft content on behalf on senior management at Benefex. In addition, Paul worked with the Marketing Director to strategically advise on their marketing activity.
